How does the ordering process work? It's a two step process. First pick your product — single card, pack of 5, pack of 10, multi-card 3 pack or multi-card 5 pack — and check out. After payment you'll receive an email with a link to your card details form based on what you ordered. That's where you submit your photos, stats, vibe and anything else you want on the card. We don't start designing until we have your details.

Do I have to submit my photos right away? No — you'll have your order confirmation email with the form link and can fill it out when you're ready. Just keep in mind your production timeline starts once we receive your completed form not at checkout.

Can I order a card for someone else? Absolutely — that's one of the most popular reasons people order. Parents order for their kids, coaches for their players, friends for each other. Just make sure you have their photos and permission to submit their info. If the person is a public figure, athlete or celebrity please email us at hello@myntdcards.com before placing an order so we can discuss the right process.

Can I order a card of my favorite athlete or celebrity? Not through our standard shop. MYNT'd does not produce cards featuring public figures, athletes or celebrities without their direct involvement and written consent. If you want a card made for someone — a family member, a friend or yourself — we can absolutely make that happen. The person on the card just needs to be part of the order process.

Can I order cards for more than one person? Yes — that's exactly what our Multi-Card Packs are for. Our Multi-Card 3 Pack covers 3 unique designs for 3 different people and our Multi-Card 5 Pack covers 5 unique designs for 5 different people. Each person submits their own card details separately. Visit our shop to see all options.

What's your refund policy? Because every card is custom made to your specifications all sales are final once a design has been approved and sent to print. If you're unhappy with your preview you can request revisions before approving. If we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason you'll receive a full refund within 7 business days.

What photos should I submit? Send us up to 5 high resolution images. At minimum include one headshot or portrait, one full body shot and one action shot or moment you want featured. The more you give us to work with the better your card will look.

What if I don't have great photos? Work with what you have — we're good at making the most of what we receive. Clear well-lit photos in good focus are more important than professional shots.

Can I request specific colors or a theme? Yes — that's exactly what the vibe section of our form is for. Tell us your color palette, mood, aesthetic, school colors or even describe it as a feeling. And don't skip the song field — knowing your music taste tells us everything about the energy of your card.

How many revisions do I get? Single card orders include 1 revision. Pack of 5 includes 2 revisions. Pack of 10 includes unlimited revisions. Multi-Card 3 and 5 Pack orders include 1 revision per card. Revisions must be requested before you approve the final design — once you approve we go to print.

Can I see a preview before it's printed? Always. We will never send a card to print without your explicit approval. You'll receive a digital preview by email within 3–5 business days of submitting your card details form. Multi-card orders receive all previews together within 5–7 business days.

Can I include logos or badges? You can include personal logos or badges as a reference or request. However trademarked logos belonging to schools, teams or organizations require proper authorization. We'll flag anything we have concerns about before we design. When in doubt email us at hello@myntdcards.com before ordering.

What's the personal note option? Every MYNT'd order includes a personalized thank you card. You can choose to use our signature note from Nimeesha or write your own custom message — up to 200 characters — that gets printed on your thank you card. Perfect if you're ordering as a gift.

How long does shipping take? Production takes 3–5 business days for your design preview then 5–7 business days for printing and shipping after you approve. Multi-card orders take 5–7 business days for previews and 5–7 business days for printing and shipping after all cards are approved. Plan for about 2 weeks total from form submission to doorstep. Rush options are available — mention your deadline in the notes field on your form.

How much does shipping cost? Single card orders have a flat $6 shipping fee. Pack of 5, Pack of 10, Multi-Card 3 Pack and Multi-Card 5 Pack all ship free anywhere in the US.

Do you ship outside the US? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our email list and you'll be the first to know when international shipping is available.

How will my cards be packaged? Every MYNT'd order arrives in a premium matte black bubble mailer. Inside you'll find your card in a magnetic protective sleeve, wrapped in branded vellum paper, a personalized thank you card with your name and a selection of MYNT'd freebie stickers. It's an unboxing experience worth filming.

How do Multi-Card Packs work? Multi-Card Packs are for groups of people who each want their own unique custom card. After checkout you'll receive a link to our multi-card form where you submit details for each person — photos, vibe, stats and a personal note option for each card. All submissions must be received within 5 days of your order before we begin designing.

What's the difference between a Pack of 5 and a Multi-Card 5 Pack? Pack of 5 gives you 5 printed copies of the same card — one design, one person, 5 copies. Multi-Card 5 Pack gives you 5 completely unique designs — one card per person. If your whole family each wants their own card that's a Multi-Card Pack. If one person wants 5 copies of their card that's a Pack of 5.

Can each person in a Multi-Card Pack choose their own vibe? Absolutely — each person fills out their own section of the form with their own photos, colors, song and vibe. Every card is completely unique to that person.

When do all cards ship for Multi-Card orders? All cards ship together in one package once every card in the order has been designed, previewed and approved. We won't ship partial orders — everything goes out together.

What if one person in a Multi-Card order doesn't submit their details? All submissions must be received within 5 days of your order. If we haven't received all submissions after 5 days we'll reach out to you directly to collect the remaining details before production begins. Delays in submission push back your production timeline.

How do team orders work? Team orders are quote-based — fill out our Team Orders form and we'll send you a custom quote within 48 hours. Once you approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit we send each player their own individual card details form. We design every card, send previews for approval then collect the remaining balance before shipping.

What's the minimum for a team order? Team pricing starts at 5 players. Fewer than 5? Our Multi-Card 3 or 5 Pack might be a better fit — check out our shop.

How do you collect info from each player? After the deposit is paid we send the coach or organizer a unique form link to forward to each player and their family. Each player fills it out individually with their own photos and details.

How far in advance should we order for an end of season banquet? We recommend placing your team order at least 4 weeks before your event. If you're inside 2 weeks reach out anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Who makes the cards? MYNT'd is a small operation based in Connecticut, founded by Nimeesha Coleman — a former 400m hurdler and storyteller. Every card is designed by our team, not a template generator. You're talking to a real person, and a real person is designing your card.

Have you really made cards for Olympic athletes? Yes. MYNT'd was born trackside — we've made cards for track and field athletes competing at the Olympic level as gifts to build relationships with athletes we believe in. Those cards aren't sold — they're how we started and how we built our credibility. Now we make cards for everyone.
