MYNT'd™ ("MYNT'd," "we," "us," or "our") is a custom trading card design and printing company based in Connecticut, USA. We operate at myntdcards.com.

When you visit our website, place an order, or submit an intake form, we collect certain information about you. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you place an order or fill out a card details form, we may collect:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number

• Order information — the product you ordered, your shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)

• Form verification data — order confirmation numbers and customer names collected to verify card detail form submissions. Used solely to match submissions to valid orders and not shared with third parties.

• Card content — photos, statistics, achievements, role or title, and any other information you submit to be included on your custom card

• Design preferences — your vibe, color preferences, song choice, and any special requests

• Information about third parties — if you are ordering a card for another person (a child, athlete, or family member), you may submit their name, image, and personal details

• For multi-card orders — MYNT'd collects name, image, likeness and personal details for each individual included in the order. The person placing the order confirms they have obtained permission from each individual whose photos and personal information are being submitted. MYNT'd is not responsible for submissions made without proper consent from all individuals included in a multi-card order.

Information about minors

If you are ordering a card for a minor (anyone under 18), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that person and have the authority to submit their information. MYNT'd does not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. All orders involving a minor must be placed by a parent or guardian.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit myntdcards.com, we may automatically collect:

• Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen size

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL

• IP address — used for analytics and fraud prevention

This data is collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics and does not identify you personally.

Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe. MYNT'd never stores your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your order — design, print, and ship your custom cards

• Communicate with you — send order confirmations, design previews, shipping updates, and respond to your questions

• Improve our service — understand how customers use our site and what they're looking for

• Send marketing communications — only if you opt in (see Section 6)

• Comply with legal obligations — maintain records as required by law

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How we use your photos and card content

The photos, names, statistics, and other personal content you submit are used exclusively to design your custom card. Specifically:

• Your content is used to create the card design you ordered

• We may retain a copy of your finished card design for our records

• With your permission (see Section 5), we may display your finished card in our portfolio or on social media

We do not sell, rent, or share your submitted photos or personal content with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your photos are stored securely and deleted from our active systems within 90 days of order completion unless you have given us permission to retain them for portfolio use.

Personal notes submitted by customers for inclusion on thank you cards are stored temporarily and deleted within 90 days of order completion.

5. Portfolio & marketing use of your card

By default, we may wish to showcase finished card designs on our website, Instagram, TikTok, or other marketing materials. However, we will only do this if:

• You have given explicit permission during the order process, OR

• We have reached out to you separately and received your consent

You can opt out at any time. If you do not want your card featured publicly, simply note it in your order form or email us at hello@myntdcards.com. We will never feature a card publicly without consent.

If a card features a minor, we require explicit written consent from a parent or guardian before any public display.

6. Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing emails (promotions, new products, updates) if you explicitly opt in — for example, by checking a newsletter signup box on our site.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@myntdcards.com. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your order.

7. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate our business:

• Secure payment processing via Stripe (PCI-compliant)

• Limited internal access to customer data — only MYNT'd staff who need it to fulfill your order can access it

• Secure file storage for submitted photos

9. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations:

• Order records — kept for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes

• Submitted photos — deleted within 90 days of order completion unless you have given permission for portfolio retention

• Email communications — retained as long as reasonably necessary for customer service purposes

• Marketing opt-in records — retained until you unsubscribe

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).

10. Cookies

myntdcards.com uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to operate the website and understand how visitors use it. Cookies we use include:
